This policy explains when an order for a digital reading or chat session can be cancelled. Please read it together with our Refund Policy.
- Before delivery. If your payment did not go through, you are not charged and there is nothing to cancel. If you were charged but your reading had not yet been generated or delivered (for example, the app closed before delivery completed), our system automatically detects the paid-but-undelivered order and completes it; if we are unable to deliver, we refund that order — see the Refund Policy.
- After delivery. Once a reading has been generated and delivered, the service is complete and the order cannot be cancelled. Non-delivery or failure cases are handled under the Refund Policy.
- Paid chat sessions. A paid AI chat session grants a set number of messages for a limited time window. It is a one-time session, not an auto-renewing subscription — there is no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges; you are simply not charged again.
- How to cancel or get help. To cancel an eligible order or ask for help, email admin@jagannathahora.com with your order or payment ID and we will assist you.
