These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Horoscopes Today (horoscopes.today), operated by ASTROZONE (OPC) PVT LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• The service. Horoscopes Today provides AI-generated Vedic-astrology readings, birth-chart context, and paid AI chat and analysis. Chart calculations are powered by the Jagannatha Hora engine and interpreted by AI.
• For guidance & entertainment only. All readings are generated by AI for informational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Always use your own judgement.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. Readings depend on the accuracy of the birth details you provide.
• Accounts. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Payments & delivery. Prices are shown before purchase and charged in INR (or USD outside India) through our payment processor, Razorpay. Paid AI chat sessions provide a set number of messages for a limited window, as described at purchase. Services are digital and delivered electronically — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service — no unlawful use, abuse, automated scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Intellectual property. The Horoscopes Today site, brand, and software are owned by ASTROZONE (OPC) PVT LTD. The reading generated for you is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decisions you make based on AI-generated readings.
• Changes. We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hassan, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your place of residence.
