Wondering how Saturn's transit lands on you? Check your Sade Sati — see whether you're in it and when it ends.
Major transits (gochar) 2026–2027
The slow planets set the tone of a year: Guru (Jupiter) gochar changes sign about once a year, Shani (Saturn) gochar about every two and a half years, and Rahu–Ketu gochar — the two nodes always opposite each other — about every eighteen months. These are the sign changes, including each Saturn transit, in 2026 and 2027, computed with the sidereal zodiac (Lahiri) and shown in India Standard Time. A planet that is retrograde can move back into the sign it has just left, which is why some appear twice.
Guru gochar 2026: Jupiter enters Cancer on 2 Jun 2026 and enters Leo on 31 Oct 2026; it is retrograde from 13 Dec 2026 to 13 Apr 2027.
Saturn transit 2026: Saturn stays in Pisces all year, retrograde from 26 Jul 2026 to 11 Dec 2026; its next sign change is into Aries on 3 Jun 2027.
