Shipping & Delivery Policy

Horoscopes Today sells digital services only. This policy explains how and when they are delivered.

• No physical shipping. All products are digital, AI-generated readings and chat sessions. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
• How delivery works. Paid AI chat sessions are activated immediately after successful payment and used on the site. Paid reading and analysis orders are generated after payment and delivered to your account (viewable under “Orders” while signed in) and/or by email, typically within a few hours of purchase.
• If delivery is delayed or fails. Our system automatically detects a paid-but-undelivered order and completes it. If we are still unable to deliver, we refund that order — see the Refund Policy.
