Horoscopes Today sells digital, AI-generated readings and chat sessions. This policy explains when refunds apply. Please read it together with our Cancellation Policy.
- Digital goods are generally non-refundable. Because each reading is generated on demand and consumes computing resources the moment it is produced and delivered, completed readings, delivered analyses, and used or partially-used paid chat sessions are not refundable.
- If your order fails or is not delivered. If you were charged but did not receive your reading — a failed or undelivered order — contact us at admin@jagannathahora.com with your order or payment ID. We will re-deliver the reading, or, if we are unable to deliver it, refund that order. Recovering paid-but-undelivered orders is a priority and is built into how our system works.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact support with the payment IDs and we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Immediate performance & statutory withdrawal. Our readings and chat sessions are digital content and services supplied immediately after purchase. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off (for example, consumers in the EEA or UK), by purchasing and starting your reading or chat session you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once delivery or performance has begun. Your mandatory statutory rights are not otherwise affected.
- How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days after approval. Actual credit times depend on your bank or card issuer.
