What is deleted

• Your account and its sign-in.
• Saved birth profiles, including those of other people you added.
• Your chat history. We also ask our AI provider, Anthropic, to delete your chat sessions, and keep asking for up to 72 hours if it can't at first.
• Your readings and reports, and the receipts shown in your account.
• On the device you delete from: the account's saved drafts, birth details and chat state, and what the app's payment screen remembers.

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records without your name, email or birth details, for up to 8 years, as Indian tax and company law require.
• A record of the deletion, with no personal data (ids and timestamps only). For up to 72 hours it holds the ids of your orders and chat sessions and the result of each order's payment check; after that, only hashed deletion tickets (random codes from the browsers or devices that asked for the deletion), the number of unused chat messages you agreed to give up and any note from our support team. It is deleted after 30 days.

What can't be recalled

• Chart and match links you shared from another device or browser. They can't be turned off from here, and every shared link expires within a year of being created.
• Records that payment and email providers keep under their own policies.
• WhatsApp conversations with our number are not part of your account and are not deleted with it — see “Your WhatsApp choices” in our Privacy Policy.
• The Horoscopes Today Android app, if it is signed in to the account, clears this account's data on its next online check. Data this website saved in other web browsers stays there until it's cleared in that browser.

How to delete

In the app (Me → Delete account) or here after signing in. If self-serve deletion isn't available, email us from your account's address. Self-serve deletions finish within minutes once no payment or reading is in progress; emailed requests within 30 days.

Can't sign in? Email admin@jagannathahora.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. We'll reply to that address to confirm it's you, and finish within 30 days.
