Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information ASTROZONE (OPC) PVT LTD collects through Horoscopes Today (horoscopes.today), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

• Information we collect. Birth details (date, time, and place of birth) that you enter to generate readings; account details such as your name and email; optionally your phone, billing, or mailing details where you provide them; and standard usage/device data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) collected via analytics.
• How we use it. To generate your readings, provide and maintain the service, process payments and deliver purchased readings, provide customer support, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• AI & automated processing. Readings are produced by automated AI systems from the birth data you provide. They are interpretive in nature and are not guaranteed to be accurate or absolute.
• How your data is shared. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the platform — for example payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery, and cloud hosting — under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. The one exception is sharing you start yourself, described next.
• Sharing you initiate. You can choose to create a public link to a birth chart. Anyone holding that link can then see the birth date, birth time and birth place the chart was built from, together with the chart and the calculations derived from them, without signing in or being known to us. The link is unlisted — it is not published on the site, listed anywhere, or indexed by search engines — but it is not private: whoever you send it to can open it, and so can anyone they pass it on to. The chart you share may be of someone other than you, such as a family member or partner. Where it is, you are publishing that person's birth details rather than your own, and you are responsible for having their agreement before you create the link.
• Shared links & takedown. A shared link expires automatically one year after it is created, and you can revoke it at any time from the browser you created it in, which stops it working immediately. To ask us to take a shared link down — including one that someone else created about you — email admin@jagannathahora.com. Because shared links are unlisted and we keep no directory of them, we can act fastest when you are able to send us the link itself; if you cannot, tell us the birth details concerned and we will do our best to identify it.
• Advertising & conversion measurement. We advertise on Google. To measure which ads lead to a purchase, we share a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your email address with Google after a completed purchase, and we record the Google click identifier from the ad you arrived through. If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad we record that platform's click identifier too, but only in our own records — it is never sent back to Meta, and there is no Meta tracking pixel on this site. Your email address itself is never shared in readable form, and this data is used only to measure advertising performance — not to sell or profile you. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, advertising and analytics storage is switched off for your visit.
• Cookies & analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
• Data retention. We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
• Security. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and aim to notify affected users of any material data breach without undue delay.
• Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law, by emailing admin@jagannathahora.com.
• International transfers. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own; where it is, we apply appropriate safeguards for its protection.
• Grievances. For any privacy question or grievance, contact us at admin@jagannathahora.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
