Scorpio Horoscope December 2026

Personal spotlight, career reviewDecember 2026

December opens with the spotlight on you. The Sun stays in Scorpio, your 1st house, until 16 December, and Mercury joins it there on 2 December, sharpening your words and your sense of purpose. Toward the year's end both move into Sagittarius, your 2nd, the Sun on 16 December and Mercury on 22 December, the latter a helpful placement for money talks and family planning.

Career remains the heavy theme. Mars, your ruler, spends the month in Leo, your 10th, beside Jupiter, which turns retrograde there on 13 December; projects and responsibilities may need revisiting before they can grow. On 5 December Rahu enters Capricorn, your 3rd, a house the classical rules count as helpful, lending boldness to communication and short ventures, and Ketu enters Cancer, your 9th, which can make you question advice or long-held beliefs. Saturn turns direct in Pisces, your 5th, on 11 December, easing matters around children, studies and creative work.

Love & Relationships

Venus in its own sign in your 12th, a supportive house, makes private time, quiet holidays and simple comforts the best setting for affection. Saturn's forward turn helps romance and family plans move steadily. With the Sun in your sign early in the month, you may come across more strongly than you intend, so soften your tone. Ketu in the 9th may make you question shared beliefs or family traditions; talk them through calmly.

Career & Money

Mars and Jupiter at the top of your chart keep work demanding. Use the retrograde to review commitments, reorganise teams and refine plans rather than taking on new obligations. Rahu in the 3rd favours marketing, media and bold pitches. Mercury's move into the 2nd late in the month helps with year-end budgets, pricing and collections. Saturn's direct turn in the 5th favours steady progress on education, training or creative ventures.

Health & Routine

Having the Sun and Mercury in your 1st brings energy and focus, but long workdays can drain it. Keep a firm end to work, regular meals and steady sleep. Venus in the 12th favours restful weekends and a calm bedroom. Mercury in your 1st can keep the mind busy at night, so set a firm screen cut-off.

What to focus on in December

  • Set personal goals while the Sun is in your 1st house until 16 December.
  • Review career commitments once Jupiter turns retrograde in your 10th on 13 December.
  • Use Rahu's courage in your 3rd for bold, well-prepared pitches.
  • Move creative and family plans forward after Saturn turns direct in your 5th on 11 December.
